Firstly we would like to thank you for your interest in the products and services of ActiveX. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from https://myactivex.com, Amazon.in, Amazon.com.au & Flipkart.com (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in the device under regular use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, ActiveX will repair or replace, at no charge, any product or part found to be defective due to improper materials under normal use and maintenance.
However, if the product needs to be sent to our warehouse for repair or replacement, customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility
How do we correct product defect problems?
ActiveX will repair the Product at no charge, using new and refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the warranty last?
Physical goods have a 365-day warranty period from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part inherits the original Physical Good's remaining warranty or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any issues that are caused by: conditions, malfunctions, or damage that are not caused by material or manufacturing faults.
