Warranty Terms and Conditions

Firstly we would like to thank you for your interest in the products and services of ActiveX. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from https://myactivex.com, Amazon.in, Amazon.com.au & Flipkart.com (the "Physical Goods").

How to Register for Warranty:

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in the device under regular use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, ActiveX will help you in repair or replace, at no charge for products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material, under regular use and maintenance.

What are the Warranty Limitations?

  1. Improper Use or Alteration: Any issues resulting from improper use or attempts to alter the product's setup.
  2. User-Caused Faults: Damage caused by the user, including pest infestation, corrosive or chemical damage, and rust.
  3. Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from normal wear and tear, use outside the product's intended function, modifications, or misuse.
  4. Previous Repairs: Products or parts that have been repaired or replaced by unauthorized service providers or technicians.
  5. Improper Care: Damage due to improper care, misuse, water contact, or spills.
  6. Transport Damage: Damage during transport caused by improper packaging.
  7. Incomplete Products: Products received with missing parts.
  8. Non-Domestic Use: Defects caused by factors other than normal domestic use, or failure to follow the Product’s User Guide.
  9. Acts of Nature: Defects caused by accidents, force majeure, neglect, or ‘Acts of God.’

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Warranty Start Date: Warranty begins once the order is placed and the invoice is generated.
  2. Repair or Replacement: ActiveX reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide a substitute product with similar functionality if the original product is unavailable. The warranty date remains unchanged with the replacement or repair.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: ActiveX is committed to customer satisfaction. If the same or a similar product is unavailable, alternative options will be offered.
  4. Offsite Warranty: Customers are responsible for sending their products to our address for warranty service and paying the return shipping charges for the repaired or replacement product.
  5. Warranty Activation: Customers who purchase from e-commerce portals must activate their product warranty within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for coverage.
  6. Damage During Return: ActiveX is not responsible for damage to parcels received from customers, but customers may request evidence of product damage within 24-48 hours of receipt.
  7. Return of Damaged Products (Shipping Cost): If customers wish to have their damaged products returned, they must cover the shipping costs.
  8. Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for warranty service.
  9. Service Centre: We do not have any service centres. All items must be sent to us at our Pune facility to avail warranty service.

How do we correct product defect problems?

ActiveX will repair the Product at no charge, using new and refurbished replacement parts.
