Exchange Policy

At ActiveX, our goal is not only to develop top-notch health-related products but farther to provide unmatched healthcare solutions and satisfying after-sales service.

Our customer service unit will investigate the problem and will do its best to assist you. If your product is under warranty and suffers any manufacturing issue or you require an exchange of the same product. Please get in touch with us at support@myActiveX.com or call us at +91 95080 80810. Our customer service associate will be pleased to guide you. However, you must provide the following details in order to proceed:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Screenshots/pictures/videos showing the specific issue you are experiencing with our product

Please note, the customer needs to pay for the shipment and ship the product to ActiveX. 

To qualify for a replacement, the item/s must be returned in its original packaging. Once you dispatch the product, please share the tracking ID with our customer service associate at +91 95080 80810. Upon receiving the receipt of the returned product, we would send the replacement to your address.

Please note that purchases made directly from www.myactivex.com will qualify for the exchange policy. If you purchased any ActiveX product from the marketplace or other e-commerce website, then the exchange policies will be applicable as per their website guidelines. Hence, we request you to contact them directly for the same.

Kindly be aware that we do not provide refunds. However, if the product exhibits any manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will be happy to replace it. To avail the warranty, the customer must complete the warranty registration process and present the invoice as evidence of the original purchase date.

Refund Duration

Once the refund is approved, the money will be deposited to your nominated bank account within 14 working days.
